Once you place your order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Our processing window does not include holidays or weekends. For example, if you place an order Friday morning it may not be processed until Monday morning. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for your order to process during sales and/or holidays.
After this, in the United States, it will take 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail and 2 to 5 business days for First class mail to deliver. Priority mail does not equate to 2-day shipping. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in 10 to 60 business days, depending on the location and individual country's customs law. As a reminder, sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control.
Note: Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. If your items are being held or seized by customs, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package or arrange a pickup through the shipping carrier (pickup is not available at all locations). If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order within 7 business days.
