Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not offer refunds at this time.

All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on swimwear. All sale items are considered final sales. Items returned used, with stains, odor, excessive hair, damage, or past the 30-day mark will be seized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 7 business days. The store credit does not include the original shipping costs paid. Click here to contact us regarding a return.

If a customer receives a damaged item and the damage affects the functionality of the product, the customer will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. When contacting us about a damaged item please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a replacement free of charge. We will base when your package was delivered on the tracking number attached to your order. We do not accept returns on damaged items and a store credit will not be given in the event a damaged item is returned to us.

We take all chargeback inquiries very seriously and, when asked, will provide your bank with extensive information regarding this matter. If you need any information regarding your order so that you may file a dispute with your bank, please inform us and we will do our best to provide you with that material. Any disputes received are subject to account deactivation following the resolution of the dispute.
